Contracts agreed to, whether verbally, electronically, or in writing, will be binding and subject to these terms:

- We will bill you at our cost for any layout or other production charges we incur for your ad.

- Your ad on our website is not an endorsement of your services or products by the Azalea Society of America or by the Lake Michigan Chapter.
